Scope and Content

The file contains several newpaper clippings regarding the 'Protocols of the wise man of Zion' and therefore also information about S. Nilus. Freyenwald tried to get as many informations about the "protocols' and its 'first' publisher Nilus as possible. He wrote to several people and offices, visited several places and libraries in order to find what he was searching for. Transcripts of Russian letters where friends of Nilus were speaking about his life and documents as well as letters of Nilus himself can be seen. In addition newspaper cuttings regarding the Russian nobility in 1907 are attached. The documents, letters, transcripts and newspaper cuttings are from defferent times and written in French, German and Russian. Some of the letters can bee seen in the original language including a translated document. Also newpaper cuttings from the 'Amarican Hebrew and Jewish Tribune' from November 1934 are contained. In those A.M. du Chayla expose the 'Protocols' once again as a forgery and reports about the scheming of the Nazis in the Bern trial. Further he informs about Sergieĭ Nilus and his life. Handwritten notes are contained in this file as well.
