Scope and Content
A Russian article and its French translation from the Jewish Tribune / Evreĭskai︠a︡ Tribuna (quoted from L'Opinion, the journal where it originally appeared). The article, titled The Fake Protocols of the Elders of Zion (Mnimye Protokoly Sionskikh Mudret︠s︡ov) provides a history of the Protocols, and the incentive for their production is attributed to the Russian secret police. The article also notes the existence of a veritable "rain" of faked confessions of world dominance, among them the "annexation" of Hungary, faked documents found on a dead Red Army soldier, and documents belonging to a Jesuit society. Additionally the article makes note of the anti-Zionist attitudes of the USSR, and denies connections of Jewish organizations to the Communist movement.
