Scope and Content
Letter to Mr. Svatikov from H. Bint. The letter states that Bint promised Svatikov documents concerning Rachkovskiĭ and the Okhrana's activities, as well as documents about Lenin and Trotskiĭ's activities in Vienna. That document according to the sender of the letter was delivered to Svatikov in 1926, after which two people asked to purchase it for him for the needs of - according to them - the Russian archive in Prague. Bint denied them as the document was already given into the hands of Svatikov and it would be dishonest of him to sell a document already given to another.
