Silvio Schnell and his lawyer Hans Ruef raised a criminal charge against Wladimir Bourzew, A.M. Du Chayla, Sergius Swatikow, Boris Nikolajewsky, Paul Miljukow, Dr. H. Sliosberg, Dr. Chaim Weizmann, Oberrabiner Dr. Markus Ehrenpreis, Dr. Mayer-Ebner and Dr. Max Bodenheimer. On 65 pages Ruef explains why the witnesses are accused of false testimony during the Bern trial.
