The document provides information concerning two individuals in the U.S. One, a Peter V. Armstrong, is called a Russian fake who runs a Jew-baiting scam and extorts money from women. He runs a publishing agency called Patriot Publishing company, and attempted to contact Henry Beamish. The second, Kositsin, is, likewise, a Russian in California who makes his way peddling anti-communist brochures. Kositsin also applied to Beamish for assistance.
