Scope and Content
Addendum by Andre Rachkovski responding to several points in his testimony. Among them the collaboration of Pyotr Rachkovsky and Golovinsky on creating the protocols, and the obligations on Rachkovsky during the years he lived in Moscow. According to Andre Rachkovsky, his father never knew or mentioned a man named Golovinski, He further affirms that his father could not derive any personal advantages from the Protocols.
