Summary of court decision concerning the case of Mr. Ulrich Fleischhauer, of Erfurt, Germany, and Mr. Frederic Eisenegger, of Lausanne, Switzerland, on a charge of espionage during the World Jewish Congress in Geneva, on some of the members of the congress. The court dismissed the case due the fact that neither of the accused appeared at court, and they could not be pursued by the federal authorities, and there was no grounds to extradite them from Germany.
