The Bern Trial. Protocol of the Session in the afternoon of May 14, 1935. The defendants Theodor Fischer and Silvio Schnell were sentenced by judge Walter Meyer in his verdict, while three other defendants were acquittedy. Then he reexamines the line of arguments of both sides concerning the authenticity of the protocolls, rejects the evidence of the defence as false and concludes that the protocolls a fabrication. Therefor the defendants who disturbed them are judged guilty of disturbing obscenity.
