The file contains a newspaper article from “Le Neuchatelois” (dated to 3th November 1937) which deals with the political scapegoats' method that actually hits democracy. The article starts with the plebiscite which will take place on the next 28th November and is highly important for the future of democracy. It explains the collapsing of democracy in Germany and the anti-Semitic and anti-masonic campaigns which used, among other, weapons like the Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion.
