Scope and Content
The file contains a newspaper article from “Le Democrate” (3rd November 1937). It reports about the "Protocols"' trial judgment which releases the defendants from the last trial judgment, but morally condemns them. It raises the question of the juridical notion of immoral literature in the Bern law system which points to a lack in the law relating to immoral publications. It also reports that the German press praises the judgment.
