The file contains the protocol of the session on March 16th, 1938 of the criminal case against Karl Albrecht Loosli for defamation.This trial refers to the hearing day of 8th of May 1935 in which Loosli, as an expert in the Bern trial, set out his views on the authenticity of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. Because of his statements against the Swiss National Front and also against Ernst Leonhard, he has filed charges against Loosli for libel. The protocol explains in detail how the process was structured and which evidences were given. Since Loosli could not prove his allegations against Leonhard, he was found guilty.
