Scope and Content

The file contains a written supplement to a interrogation of November 13, 1935. C.A. Loosli was accused of defamation and giving false informations in his expertise for the Bern trial. In this document Loosli declares that the claim is factually and legally completely untenable because it lacks any substantive basis. Furthermore a document is added which shows the invited witnesses for the Loosli trial. Also detailed informations given by Loosli and information which has been compiled from the Bern trail can be seen.
