The file contains a document based on the trial against C.A. Loosli. Loosli was accused by Boris Toedtli and his laywer Hans Ruef of presenting a false expertise in the Bern trial. Looslis lawyer demanded that Loosli will be acquitted, compensated for the expenses and that the costs of the trial be imposed on the plaintiff Toedtli.
