Draft of Toedtlis pleading
Extent and Medium
2 electronic resources (55 pages)
Creator(s)
- Toedtli, Boris
Scope and Content
The file contains documents regarding the pleading of the C.A. Loosli against Toedtli trial. The grounds for the criminal complaint are that during the house search on 13 November 1936, an extensive correspondence material was demanded, which shows that the accused Toedtli was carrying out a punishable intelligence service in the interest of the foreign country. He shared confidential materials with the Welt-Dienst (World Service), in particular with Fleischhauer, Freyenwald and other Nazi figures. The plead also includes evidence, testimonies and enclosures of former witnesses.
