Scope and Content
The file contains the protocols of the eighth session of the Bern trial on the 3rd of May 1935 in the morning. After the president, judge Walter Meyer, opened the session Hans Ruef was granted permission to speak. He excused Silvio Schnell, who could not be there as he had to work at that day. After that Fleischhauer continued his expertise statement, were he also explained that the duty of the Welt-Dienst is to inform the people about the 'true intentions' of the Jews. As he quotes some passages of the Protocols and says that in the Tora and the Talmud the same things are written. Meyer asked Fleischhauer if it would be possible to finish his expertise today, as he is already taking 3 1/2 days for it. As he points out that Loosli would not take more then 4 hours for his expertise.
