The file contains several letters adressed to and regarding C.A. Loosli. All of the letters are concerning the Leonard against Loosli Trial, where Loosli got accused of defamation and honorable insult in his expertise for the Bern Trial. Loosli explained in his expertise that the Frontisten (Nationale Front Switzerland), especially Mr. Leonhard, are depending on the Third Reich. Based on this statement Leonhard got insulted and accused Loosli of defamation and honorable insult. The letters show informations about the defense and the accusation, written by Loosli, Lifschitz and others. Also letters regarding payment, allowance and appointments schedule for the Bern trail and the Loosli trial are attached.
