The file contains a bulletin in French of the Jewish Central Information Office (Centre israélite d'information) in Amsterdam from 6.4.38 about the exposure of a network of NS agitation in central Europe of which Toedtli was part. The bulletin is about the espionage law-suit against Toedli 1938 who is described as becoming an agent for the Germans through Fleischhauer and Siewert. The bulletin reports about the network that Pottere (farmer) and Karadja were also part of. The bulletin reports about Toedlis activities for Russian fascist organizations.
