Scope and Content
Letter addressed to Jules Dreyfus-Brodsky, head of the Union of Jewish Communities in Basel. In light of the Bern process the author is concerned about the situation of the Jews in Russia. He wishes to send his dossier concerning the situation of the Jews in Russia as well as an article pertaining to the question of the role the Jews play in Bolshevism.
