Scope and Content
The file contains correspondences between Dr. Jonak, Emil Reiffer, Ulrich Fleischhauer and Hans Ruef, the lawyer of Silvio Schnell, who was a a member of the National Front and responsible for their distribution of writings. The correnspondence is regarding the appeal hearing of Bern trial in September 1937. Also an interview from Fleischahauer regarding his absence in some court days and his accusion against Loosli and Ernst Leonhardt, and with in the propaganda used by the National Socialist in the Bern trial is attached. In an aditional letter Fleischahauer explains to the court that he will not listen to that 'Jew' Loosli and that he will attent at the court whenever he thinks it is a good time and not becuase a 'Jew' is telling him so. If there are still open questions remained the 'Jew' should have done his work proper from the beginning. Furthermore letters of other witnesses asking to speak infront of the court can be read.
