Scope and Content
The file contains a letter from Alexander du Chaya addressed to an unknown person who he calls "teacher". In the letter du Chaya summarizes his recent research about the falsification of the protocols. He concludes that Ratchkowsky is indeed the one who acquired and publicized the manuscript but not the one who falsified it.
