Scope and Content
The Bern Trial. Protocol of the Session in the afternoon of May 10, 1935. Brunschvig continues his statement about Fleischhauers expertise. He describes the origin of the fabrication. Then he dedicates a section of his plea to an analysis of Fleischhauers methods. He reveals them as antisemitic propaganda. Break. Reading of two documents which are rejections of complaints. One of Schnell against the court district and one against Burzeff for false testimony. Reading of a letter of the Free Mansons from Bern, rejectiong claims of Fleischhauer. Reading of an letter of a national socialistic movement from the Swiss complaining about a remark of Loosli against Leonhardt. Then Brunschvig continues.
