The pamphlet endeavors to explain how fascism came to power in Germany, its effect on foreign policy, the fight of the opposition, and how to defeat it. It names the factors responsible for the Nazi rise to power, provides quotes from various Nazi leaders, and describes the efforts of parties inside and outside of Germany to organize resistance. Chapter IV. concentrates on German youth and how the Nazis “conquered” them.
