The pamphlet describes Soviet guerilla operations behind Nazi lines. It explains the basics of guerilla warfare, the formation of fighting units, the taking of oaths, weapon procurement, and successful operations (including statistics). German documents and letters by soldiers regarding partisan activities are included for illustration. The second part of the publication concentrates on guerilla activities in other parts of Europe. In addition, diary entries and interviews with guerilla commanders are included.
