The publication of the Latin-American Committee of the Free Germans reports on its founding, and the issue of the first newspaper in Moscow called “Freies Deutschland”. A radio station of the same name was created, too and ways to tune in to it are provided. A manifest for the German Army and the German People is reprinted. The members of the committee are listed.
