M. 39- Documentation from the State Archive in the Odessa Region, 1939-1945 In the collection there is official documentation from the Romanian regime in Transnistria, including the decision made by Marshal Ion Antonescu regarding Romanian military officials in Transnistria and a list of names of the government officials. Additionally, there is documentation regarding the deportation of Jews to camps in Transnistria, lists of Jews deported to Transnistria and where they were located in 1942, prepared by the Jewish Center, lists of Gypsies deported from Romania to Transnistria, documentation regarding the transfer of funds from the Romanian Jews to the deportees, reports concerning the transfer of utensils and furniture for the establishment of workshops for the deported Jews, lists of Jewish orphans who were repatriated to Romania, lists of Jews who converted to Christianity in order to marry, lists of non-Jewish residents of Transnistria married to Jews, lists of residents of Transnistria who adopted Jewish children, lists of Soviet partisans and underground members.

M.39 - תיעוד מהארכיון הממלכתי של מחוז Odessa, מהשנים 1945-1939 תולדות הארכיון הארכיון הארכיון הממלכתי של מחוז Odessa הוקם במרץ 1920 כארכיון ההיסטורי של העיר Odessa. תפקידו העיקרי של הארכיון היה ריכוז של המסמכים ההיסטוריים ב-Odessa ואזור Odessa, רישום, שימור, תיעוד ושימוש לפרסומים. הארכיון הממלכתי של מחוז Odessa התחיל מ-22 אוספים שהתקבלו מארגונים שונים, ממוסדות, עסקים, כנסיות, שהפסיקו את פעילותם לאחר מהפכת אוקטובר. מאז 1920 המוסדות המשמעותיים ביותר העבירו את המסמכים החשובים לארכיון באופן שיטתי. בשנת 1940הארכיון הכיל כבר יותר מ- 4400 אוספים. עם תחילת הכיבוש הגרמני והכיבוש הרומני של Odessa בשנת 1941, רוב החומר הארכיוני פונה ל-Stalingrad ואחר-כך ל- Kazakhstan . שאר החומרים הארכיוניים שנשארו ב- Odessa נבזזו ורבים אבדו במהלך המלחמה – יותר מ- 1 מיליון תיקים אבדו. באפריל 1944 הארכיון חידש את עבודתו ב-Odessa.עד שנת 1958 הארכיון היה כפוף למשרד הפנים של ברית-המועצות, ומאז- למינהל ארכיוני הראשי ליד ממשלת ברית-המועצות. משנת 1999הארכיון כפוף לוועד הממלכתי של ארכיוני Ukraine. בשנת 1992 האוספים של הארכיון של הוועד המחוזי של מפלגה הקומוניסטית לשעבר נספחו לארכיון הממלכתי של מחוז Odessa. החטיבה מכילה תיעוד רשמי של הממשל הרומני ב-Transnistria ובכללו גם החלטת המארשל Ion Antonescu על אודות פקידי הממשל הצבאי הרומני ב- Transnistria ורשימת שמות של פקידי הממשל.
