Scope and Content

The correspondence centres on postwar Antisemitism, Fascism and pro-Nazi activities of Hungarian exiles in West Germany and America, primarily the US, including detailed information on relevant individuals and press in these countries. The situation in England and Australia is also briefly mentioned. Furthermore, Major’s contribution to The Wiener Library’s Bulletin is covered, including the authoring of articles as well as a translation and review of a work piece by Hungarian researcher Jenő Lévai.
