Biographical History

Dr Israel Kalk was an Israeli social worker of Latvian origin. He lived in Italy where he had been interned in the Ferramonti camp during the Second World War.

Scope and Content

One internal Wiener Library note, one letter and one leaflet regarding a planned publication by Kalk on Jews and camps in Italy 1940-1945, especially the Ferramonti Tarsia camp.
