Biographical History

Curt Joseph was a Jewish-German World War One veteran and former Freikorps member from berlin. After having been imprisoned in a concentration camp he and his wife emigrated to England in 1939.

Scope and Content

Correspondence regarding the options of finding a publisher for Joseph’s memoirs. Contained is an excerpt from his manuscript, dealing with the November Pogrom 1938.
