Biographical History
Ernst Johannsen (1898-1977) was a German writer and World War One veteran. When the Nazis came to power he had emigrated to London with his Jewish wife and their son. The family returned to Hamburg in 1957.

Johannsen asks for the receipt of copies of several articles he had published during his exile in London.
