Biographical History

Paul Glombitza was a German bank assistant and Nazi opponent. Due to being a member of the Social Democratic Party he was dismissed from his position at a reserve bank branch in Breslau (now Wrocław, Poland) in 1933.

Scope and Content

Correspondence regarding a restitution related enquiry by Glombitza on events related with the Nazi’s seizure of power in Breslau in 1933. Contained are an account on his experiences in Breslau as well as copies from documents related to his restitution hearing.
