Biographical History

Fritz Flesch was a US citizen of Jewish descent who had fled his home country Austria when the Nazis took over power. On a voluntary basis he advised local libraries regarding the acquisition of German language books.

Scope and Content

Correspondence regarding the exchange of published material including the Library’s Bulletin. Additionally, a letter by Martin Sulzbacher and one press cutting are contained.
