Biographical History

Bruno Woyda (1900-1968) was a Jewish-German functionary. Upon being imprisoned in Sachsenhausen concentration camp he had emigrated to England in 1939. After the war he became a representative in the Council of Jews from Germany and the World Union for Progressive Judaism. Correspondence on various issues, including a restitution case related with the former Breslau based newspaper Jüdisch-Liberale Zeitung.
