Biographical History

Hermann Schützinger (1888-1962) was a German centre-left lawyer, Prussian military and police officer, civil servant and journalist. He had emigrated when the Nazis came to power.

Request for documentary evidence to support an assertion critical of former German chancellor Franz von Papen made by Schützinger in an article published in 1953, for which von Papen was suing for libel.
