Biographical History

Harry C. Schnur (1907-1979) was a US-American scholar of philology and Latin of Jewish-German origin. Originally from Berlin he had emigrated in 1935.

Scope and Content

Correspondence on a variety of subjects including the relationship of the newly installed German ambassador to Australia, Walter Hess, and the Reemtsma tobacco giant.
