Biographical History

Russell, Edward Frederick Langley, 2nd Baron Russel of Liverpool (1895-1981) was a British soldier, lawyer, historian and writer.

Scope and Content

Correspondence on several research related subjects including the Kishinev pogrom, an anti-Jewish riot in pre-Soviet Russia, 1903. Contained is a Wiener Library dossier about person and career of Hasso von Etzdorf, West Germany’s ambassador in London.
