Biographical History

Dr Kurt Julio Riegner (1912-) was a Jewish-German lawyer from Berlin and member of the Centralverein deutscher Staatsbürger jüdischen Glaubens. He had emigrated to Argentina in 1937.

Scope and Content

Correspondence on a variety of subjects including personal matters, the exchange of materials, the situation for Jews in postwar Argentina; the relations between the Nazi regime and Argentina under the rule of Juan Peron, and current affairs in Argentina and South America in general.
