Biographical History

Bernhard Reichenbach (1888-1975) was a British journalist and left-wing politician of German origin. Upon his emigration to England in 1935 he reconnected with Judaism.

Scope and Content

Containing several handwritten letters, the correspondence deals with a variety of subjects including: enquiries on several individuals and their past political affiliations; articles for the Library’s Bulletin; the exchange of materials; press related issues; some events of German exiles in England/London.
