Biographical History
Alfred and Edith Eckstein got married before the Second World War in Remscheid, Germany. They lived in Buer, Gelsenkirchen, where they had their daughter Ruth. The family emigrated to Ramat Gan in Israel in the 1930s where Alfred Eckstein became a manager of the Holland Bank. The Ecksteins lived in Ramat Gan until their deaths in the 1960s/1970s. Ruth Eckstein later married and had two children who live in Israel.
