Ce fonds contient surtout des ordonnances allemandes du Verordnungsblatt des Militärbefehlshabers in Belgien und Nordfrankreich publiées au VOBI (1940-1942) concernant des mesures contre les Juifs (photostats). Les pièces 12-15 regroupent des articles du journal de résistance Le Flambeau (1943-1944) tandis que sous le numéro 16, se trouve la copie d'une photo du lieu de rassemblement des Juifs de Belgique avant leur déportation vers les camps de concentration : Kazerne Dossin (Malines).
