Agricultural Office of Mariánské Lázně
2,04 linear meters
In 1952, the fonds was taken over by the Central Agro-Forestry Archives and placed into its depository in Sázava. After the abolishment of the Archives the fonds was taken over by the Central State Archives from which it was passed, in 1965, to the Kadaň branch of the State Archives in Plzeň. In 1969 it was transferred to the Žlutice branch, and finally, in 2006, to the Klášter branch of the State Regional Archives in Plzeň.
The fonds includes archival records resulting from the activities of the Agricultural Office of Mariánské Lázně. The archival records related to the Jewish population or to its property can be found throughout the entire fonds. The most interesting ones may be those stored under inv. No. 18 - An inventory of landed property of Czechs and Jews by districts (as indicated by name, municipality, house number and area) and inv. No. 23 - The consolidation of lands in 1939-1942 (there is, among others, a tentative identification of districts for the purpose of consolidation indicating the possessions of Jews). Most archival records in the fonds concerns the consolidation of lands, a smaller part concerning the settlement or the actual operation of the office and other matters.
The entire fonds has been arranged. It is organized by the file plan of the creator into the following sections: 0 - The organization and activities, 1 - Officials, porters, workers, 2 - Administrative matters, 3 - (vacant), 4 - Settlement, 5 - Consolidation of land 6 - Other matters.
