Acquisition
The archive was taken over in June 1945 by workers from the Archive of the Ministry of the Interior and later handed over to the branch of the Archive of the Ministry of the Interior in Liberec. The fonds was arranged. In January 1959, the fonds was supplemented to include newly found documents and a new inventory was drawn up. The fonds was re-inventoried in 2002.
Scope and Content
The fonds of the Reichs Archives Liberec, in department H – Archival matters holds the file Jewish archival records from 1939–1941 (inv. № 112). This relates to the fate of Jewish registers from the Sudetenland district (locations Jablonec nad Nisou, Mikulov, Pohořelice, Rumburk, Šafov, Teplice and Trutnov) and their storage in archives and at local offices. The file also includes requests by offices for statements from Jewish registers.

Files were structured according to the original file plan according to subject marks A–V with sub-departments, labelled with decimal points.
