The NAL State Archives of Personnel Files contains personnel documents of liquidated, bankrupt and privatised legal entities in the cities of Riga and Jūrmala of the Latvian SSR (1945-1991) and the Republic of Latvia (from 1991 onwards).

Collection 3556 contains Ministry of Interior, Department for Visas and Permits/Department for Visas and Registration of Foreigners records, which contains biographical information on emigration files, containing information on Holocaust survivors, who were emigrating from Latvia.
