    Born 1903 in Vítkovice. Died 1944 in Auschwitz. Artist. Weber wrote children's stories and fairy tales. Weber worked as a nurse in Terezín and wrote poems and short stories. Transported to Terezín in February 1942. Transported to Auschwitz in October 1944.

    Born 1898 in Cieszyn. Died 1944 in Auschwitz. Composer, conductor and pianist. Ullmann composed various opuses in Terezín like "The Emperor of Atlantis" or string quartetts. Ullmann also organised many performances of the musical life in Terezín. Transported to Terezín in September 1942. Transported to Auschwitz in October 1944.

  4. Fritta, Bedřich (* 19.9.1906)

    Born 1906 in Višňová u Frydlantu. Died 1944 in Auschwitz. Czech painter and caricaturist. On July 17th 1944 Fritta was sent to the Small Fortress due to "atrocity propaganda" together with other artists who painted the life in Terezín. Transported to Terezín in December 1941. Transported to Auschwitz in October 1944.

  5. Grünfeld, David (* 12.3.1914)

    Born 1914 in Prague. Died 1963. Opera singer. Grünfeld sang in various operas in Terezín. he also sang in the premiere of "Der Kaiser von Atlantis" by Viktor Ullmann. Transported to Terezín in December 1942. Transported to Auschwitz in October 1944. Survived.
