  1. Aussenberg, Adolf (* 1.7.1914)

    Born in 1914 in Prague. Died 1945 at an unknown place. Painter and caricaturist. Created also stage designs in Terezín. Transported to Terezín in February 1942. Transported to Auschwitz in October 1944 and later on to Sachsenhausen. Died in the Holocaust.

  2. Haas, Leopold (* 15.4.1901)

    Born 1901 in Opava. Died 1983 in Berlin. Artist and caricaturist. Drew more than 400 drawings in Terezín. Managed to hide them until 1945. Haas was sent to the Small Fortress due to "atrocity propaganda" together with other artists. Haas was forced to work in the Operation Bernhard in Sachsenhausen. Transported to Terezín in September 1942. Transported to Auschwitz, Sachsenhausen, Mauthausen and Ebensee. Liberated in Ebensee in May 1945.

  3. Fried, Norbert (* 21.4.1913)

    Born 1913 in České Budějovice. Died 1976 in Prague. Czech author. Directed plays by and for children in Terezín. Held lectures on literature in the ghetto. Transported to Terezín in July 1943. Transported to Auschwitz in September 1944. Transported to Dachau, from where he managed to escape.
