  1. Cristallum - Arnold Schönbek and Comp., the Production and Export of Crystal Glass and Reflecting Telescopes, Splzov (Spilzow, Splzow)

    Fragmentarily preserved fonds contains customary business documents (business license, accounting, list of employees). One of the partners Isidor Blum was of Jewish origin, with reference thereto in inv. No. 7 Resignation of Jewish affiliates from the company in 1938-1939.

  2. Reichs Archive in Liberec

    The fonds of the Reichs Archives Liberec, in department H – Archival matters holds the file Jewish archival records from 1939–1941 (inv. № 112). This relates to the fate of Jewish registers from the Sudetenland district (locations Jablonec nad Nisou, Mikulov, Pohořelice, Rumburk, Šafov, Teplice and Trutnov) and their storage in archives and at local offices. The file also includes requests by offices for statements from Jewish registers.

  3. Reichs Prosecutor´s Office of Liberec

    The fonds contains files of the judicial agenda from the district of the Land Court Liberec from 1938–1945. General and collective files are preserved in the fonds, only fragments of staff files. Proper files of the criminal agenda capture cases relating to murders, suicides, robberies, moral and property offences, major road and rail accidents, unauthorised contact with prisoners etc. Individual cases relating to the Jewish population can be traced in the registers and indices (inv. № 1–148).

  4. Reichs Prosecutor´s Office of Česká Lípa

    The fonds contains files of the judicial agenda from the district of the Land Court Česká Lípa from 1938–1945. General and collective files are preserved in the fonds, as well as staff files.   5. Reichs Prosecutor´s Office of Most

    The fonds contains files of the criminal agenda from the district of the Land Court Most which relate to the whole range of criminal offences. Files relating to the violent extermination of the Jews by members of the SA and SS from 1938–1939 (reference Js, inv. № 39-42) and criminal files, for example documenting looting of Jewish property (reference Kls and KMs) are of importance for the history of the Jews.

  7. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Liberec

    The fonds contains documents from the activity of the Reichs regional court. Documents are preserved in the fonds relating to liquidation of Jewish companies. Court files – Bankruptcies are preserved from 1938–1940 (inv. № 35). Ownership changes of the companies of individuals and joint stock companies are documented by books of company records held according to official courts from 1939–1945 (inv. no. 37–68) and files of individual companies (inv. № 71–74).

  8. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Česká Lípa

    The fonds contains documents of the regular agenda of the regional court in the period of occupation. Documents are preserved in the fonds relating to liquidation of Jewish companies. Court files – Bankruptcies are preserved from 1938–1942 (inv. № 13). Ownership changes of the companies of individuals and joint stock companies are documented by books of company records held according to district courts from 1939-1945 (inv. № 15–36) and files of individual companies (inv. № 41).

  9. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Most

    The fonds contains documents from the activity of the regional court in the period of the occupation. Documents are preserved in the fonds relating to liquidation of Jewish companies. This concerns court files: Bankruptcies from 1939–1942 (inv. № 256, 257), Bankruptcy settlement from 1940–1941 (inv. № 258). Ownership changes of the companies of individuals and joint stock companies are documented by books of company records held according to Amtsgerichts (district courts) from 1939–1945 (inv. № 273-295).

  10. Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Litoměřice

    The fonds contains incompletely preserved documents from the activity of the Landgericht (Reichs Regional Court) of Litoměřice and affiliated Sondergericht (Special Court). The fonds contains books with company records held according to district courts from 1939–1945 (inv. № 462–489), which document ownership changes in the companies of individuals and joint stock companies in 1939–1945.

    This is the most important of all fonds of the occupation judiciary within the territory of the Sudetenland region.   12. Collection of Nazi Occupation Documents of Various Provenance

    Only individual items have been preserved with regards to the history of the Jews within the territory of the Sudetenland region. The file Private legal requirements towards emigrated Jews contains a letter from the Office of the Government President of 22.2.1940 (inv. № 78). The file Jews, 1941–1943 holds materials regarding pertinence of Protectorate Jews under the Reich Association of Jews, use of means of transport by Jews, introduction of the obligation of Jews to be labelled as such and requests for waiving of this (inv. № 96).     The fonds contains materials on Jewish communities, associations and foundations within the territory of the former district of the Sudetenland, liquidated upon cession of the Sudetenland to Germany.     The fonds id divided according to the association departments: Department 123 – Alien, passport and reporting police of the fonds contains file № 11 Jews. This relates to care for Jews from privileged mixed marriages affected by the war from 1942–1943 (inv. № 195). Department 360 – Church matters contains file № 22 – Cemeteries. This relates to issues of dissolution and closure of Jewish cemeteries in the following locations: Budišov nad Budišovkou, Drmoul, Sokolov, Šenov u Nové Jičína, Teplice and Vrchlabí, 1940–1941 (inv. № 285).

    The Leadership of the Reichsgau Branch of NSDAP in Liberec was the supreme political body in the Reichsgau (Region) of the Sudetenland. This is why its preserved documents are of exceptional importance for learning about persecution of the Jewish population within the territory of the Sudetenland in 1938–1945.
