    • Collection of Partisan records

    Includes records created by Communist authoriries, Communist Party and other social-political organizations in Herzegovina during Second World War. Contains reports of regional committee, reports regarding the situation in Herzegovina, minutes from meetings of local Communist Party branches, orders and reports of headquarters and Partisan units, propaganda material, etc.

    The Museum owns a collection of mostly photographs that depicts old synagogue, Jewish cemetery in Bihać, Jewish stores before the Second World War, etc. While basic, it might still be valuable for research into local Jewish community and Holocaust.

  4. Document collection of the Museum

    The part of Museum dedicated to Bosnian Jews (Jewish Museum) is located in old synagogue, in Sarajevo. The collection contains plenty of exhibits, but it also includes documentation and archival material among which are photographs, movie scripts, illustrations and paintings, lists of non-Jews who assisted or hid Jews during the Holocaust, book of Jewish victims, diaries, etc

    The Jewish Community in Mostar possesses a collection of photographs, memoirs, diaries, data about weddings of members of the community, personal documentation, etc.

    During the second meeting of AVNOJ, on 21st of November 1944 a decision was made to seize all property of enemies of the state, and to introduce state management over properties of absent persons, as well as manage and resolve the status of properties seized by occupying powers during World War 2.     • The Committee for war damages in Bosnia and Herzegovina

    Contains reports of war damages (1941-1945). the Committee, formed in 1945, had a goal to collect, process and make estimates regarding the damages and losses that occured during the Second World War in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It finished its work and collected all relevant data by 1946, but it was abolished in 1950.

    Records of seized companies and their status (nationalized, sold, etc.). Contains documents related to inventories of Jewish shops seized by the state. They encompass records of both the State Agency for Economic Renewal in Zagreb and Union of "Napredak" cooperatives in Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Osijek.

    Formed on 2nd of July 1941. state representative's Office gave legal advice and opinions regarding property law of legal entities under management of the state and its different branches. It's operation ended on 23rd of April 1945.
