    The collection consists of 148.782 prisoners' record cards (27.351 of which were compiled for Jews) without names, digitized and matched with victims' databases (International joint project).The cards are produced in 1944 – 1945. More than 123.000 reconstructed names of concentration camp prisoners, based on entries in other documents (ca. 269.000 references).     Jan Sehn (1909-1965) was born in Tuszów Maly in former Austria-Hungary on April 22, 1909. He graduated high school in Mielec and became involved in the youth organization Legion Mlodych (Legion of the Youth) of President Józef Pilsudski. He then studied law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. After graduating in 1933, Sehn obtained a position first as a judicial clerk and later as an assessor at Kraków District Court. His parents were Theo Berger senior and Margarete Berger.   9. Collection of Ethnics and History of Medicine

    Initiated by Hans Fleischhacker in 1943, the collection mainly consists of more than 600 hand-, foot-, and finger-prints of mostly Jewish inmates of the Lódź Ghetto (Litzmannstadt Ghetto) in Poland. Strongly influenced by racial biology, it was the antropologists aim to use this collection for attesting the supposed morphological differences between the palms of Jews and non-Jews. It is the only collection of this kind, and testimony to the terrifying abuse of scientific methods under the National Socialists.

Jürgen Hess was a state prosecutor and worked in the political department of the prosecution at Frankfurt (Main) from 1964 to 1996. He was especially concerned with Nazi violent crimes.     The NSDAP-Auslandsorganisation Chile was founded in 1931 and existed until 1945. The NSDAP-Auslandsorganisation Chile was one of the foreign organizations of the National Socialist Party, the NSDAP/AO.     Since its establishment in 1995, the Fritz Bauer Institute is eager to gather documents regarding its eponym, the Hessian Attorney General Fritz Bauer (1903-1968). According to Bauer's wishes, his inheritance was dispensed among his relatives and friends after his death. Unfortunately, because of that a large part of the literary bequest — especially Bauer's private correspondence — was lost irretrievably.     In 2013, the lawyer Hans Fertig (1929-2015) transferred his written pre-death legacy with extensive records regarding his occupation as a counsel at several proceedings regarding Nazi violent crimes (NSG-Verfahren) from the 1960s to the 1980s to the Fritz Bauer Institute.     Carl Bringer was born in Dusseldorf in 1929. From 1962 to 1994, he worked as an editor for the Hessischer Rundfunk, the Hessian state radio. From 1994 to 2006, he volunteered for the psychological services of the "Fritz Bauer Haus", a detention center in Darmstadt-Eberstadt. He was friends with Fritz Bauer.
