Acquisition

Jasa Almuli, working for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, conducted the ten interviews in Serbo-Croatian with Jasenovac concentration camp survivors in Belgrade, Serbia (former Yugoslavia), from June to July 1997. A grant from Jeff and Toby Herr provided funding for the project. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the tapes of the interviews in August 1997.
