Acquisition
Papers arrived from Poltava regional archive in 1959; from Zhytomyr regional archive in 1963; and from Archival Directorate at the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in 1974. In 1990 the files were declassified and transferred to open access mode.
Scope and Content
As an occupation media, the newspaper contained orders and instructions addressed to the local population, as well as materials of propaganda nature, and thus can be related to the history of the Holocaust.

Документи надійшли від Полтавського обласного держархіву (акт від 21.11.59), від Житомирського обласного держархіву (акт від 02.03.63) та Архівного управління при РМ УРСР (акт від 05.02.74) на таємне зберігання. У 1990 р. справи фонду були розсекречені і передані на загальне зберігання (акт від 05.12.90)
