Con l'obiettivo di facilitare il rientro degli ebrei dispersi e di soccorrerne le famiglie, il CRDE instaurò rapporti e contatti epistolari con le comunità israelitiche, con pubbliche autorità, enti di assistenza internazionali ebraici e non ebraici (quali la Croce rossa e The Jewish chaplain welfare centre).
